Heating

Heat Pumps, Packaged Gas/Electric & Dual Fuel Systems Are Available!

Heat Pumps with properly designed auxiliary heat strips or dual fuel systems can save energy $’s in comparison to 80% AFUE furnaces, all propane equipment and resistance heat only systems.  It is a misconception in our area that Heat Pumps do not work where temperatures dip below freezing.  The heat strips, when designed properly and sized for the unit and square footage of the home, augment the Heat Pumps during low temperatures only and still provide a substantial savings over the equipment listed above.

Gas furnaces up to 95% AFUE may qualify for federal tax credits of 30% of your cost up to $1,500 for 2009 & 2010. Check with your tax professional before replacing your existing furnace or contact us for a no charge consultation

Zoning Systems

If you’re like most people you don’t spend all your time in every room of your house. Consequently you probably don’t need the same levels of heat & cool in every room at the same time. Zoning allows you to pick and choose which room(s) or areas need different levels of heating & cooling. By having multiple zones and controls for each one, you can lower your energy consumption, increase your comfort levels and truly make your home your castle.
