Before you installed it last year, I had so much bird dust from my two cockatiels and cat hair from the 4 kitties that I could actually see it in the air when the sun came in my windows at sunset. Hi Claudia ,

As soon as Claudia answers the phone you know you have the right company for your heating or cooling needs. I called 5 company’s and all they wanted to do was call you back later or send an estimator. No one wanted to answer any questions.
Claudia answered a few questions and set up a service call. Carl the technician along with Ray came and found the problem a few hours later. They gave me the options along with there recommendations. It was very easy to come to a conclusion.
They ordered our new Trane furnace and did an excellent installation. They did more then was expected and I would recommend this company 100%.

Hello Ray,
I would like to take time to comment on your work crew.  We were very pleased at their level of professionalism and workmanship.  Having been through the previous nightmare we observed them very closely.  First of all, they were always prompt to arrive. They kept us informed of their progress everyday.  As you are aware, this was not the easiest of installations.  The lead man was very fussy about things being exactly right on the ductwork.  Both men were always polite and seemed to take pride in their workmanship. I am physically restricted to getting down on the ground so the process was explained to me in detail.

This is the first time that we have been able to enjoy our Trane furnace even though we have had it for almost 1 year.  The third gentleman who did most of the final reinstall explained the system and was able to route the flue so that we had access to our filters. At first we thought that might present a problem.

I hope that you will convey my appreciation as a customer to all three of these employees.

Your company certainly surpassed your TV ad claims and really do care about old fashioned customer service.  What a rarity for this location.  You can be assured that when our annual maintenance service comes due that Gardner will be our choice.

We do after all live in the woods here in the White Mountains and as beautiful as it is, wildlife does play a very real part and sometime doesn’t stay in the woods like they’re supposed to. As evidenced by this real job, we often have to repair damages to ductwork done by our furry friends. It also helps to have a quality job done the first time, so as to avoid these problems. We always use fabricated sheet metal trunk lines and our flex runs are limited to 15′ maximum and are R6 minimum insulation.
